Working principle
The working principle of the double-cone mixer is based on the mechanisms of gravity diffusion and convection mixing: When the driving device drives the double-cone cylinder to rotate around the horizontal axis, the materials in the cylinder are continuously sliding down along the cone walls under the influence of gravity and generate complex axial and radial movements; as the cylinder continues to rotate, the materials repeatedly separate, converge and exchange positions between the two cones, forming a strong three-dimensional立体 circulation flow. This continuous shearing, diffusion and convection action quickly eliminates the concentration differences between the components, thereby achieving highly uniform mixing of the materials in a short period of time.
