Working principle

The working principle of the spiral mixer is based on the reverse movement of its core double spiral. After the equipment is started, the outer spiral pushes the materials from both ends of the mixing chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral moves the materials from the center to both ends. These two macroscopic material flows moving in opposite directions strongly converge at the center, generating intense convective mixing. At the same time, under the shearing and driving force of the spiral blade, the materials also continuously penetrate and diffuse radially and axially. This synergy of convection and diffusion enables the materials to achieve highly uniform mixing within a short period of time, and the entire process causes minimal damage to the material's structure.
